Monofilament synthetic fibers can be woven very precisely to produce industrial textiles having a narrow pore distribution. This precision weaving process produces a fine mesh woven fabric with holes as small as 50 microns with a strand and thickness tolerance of +/- 10%.
We have x-ray heating cutting machine, can according to your request, will nylon filter any shape and size. And can produce filter bags and other finished products.
