Air filter mesh made of 100% polyester filter media, this filter is designed to trap large airborne particulates flowing through the air. For example, particles like dust bunnies, lint, and mold spores are present in the air. The polyester media, of which these filters are made, captures these particulates. Given a MERV 5 rating, these filters are 80-85% efficient at removing particulates 3-10 microns in size. Designed to have a high dust-holding capacity, these filters also feature a low resistance to airflow.
